One could argue that in business we often make the same types of rationalizations about how our customers see us, what we offer, or the way we serve them. They don’t understand our limitations, the toil and trouble we endure to serve them. Is it really just the way we are? Or is this just an excuse to link into Cookie Monster’s crazed cranium?
